Yes, the projected budgets included computer's best guess at ticket prices.

The budget decreases have nothing to do with loyalty, success or lack-there-of. You should be in about the same position you were before equalized spending.

well I see that now, but I'm still confused how my budget dropped from 130 million last year to 99 million this year? My team makes the NLCS and the budget gets cut by 30 million?

The budgets were artificially inflated by equalizing spending and having BBM's inflation feature turned on. I set revenue -20% to help balance this out and that's what drove the 30M drop. This post was what budgets were at when I lowered revenue, turned off inflation, and had the computer generate ticket prices.
