Tanking Rule

Just to be clear of the rule:

Anyone that doesn't reach 50 wins will be barred from WB for five seasons and they will have a one time cash wipeout following their resignings.

I realize this wasn't particularly clear before, so here it is. For the record, I don't love this either. I'd prefer people make a real effort.

Here's the Real Wins that accompanies the 50 win mark. Teams can be given a grace if in a tough division or expected to win a few more games than 50, if in a weak division.
