Do we have an issue with the file that you feel must be changed for the good of the league? There are a variety of options, if you choose the "multiple problems" please post a response with detail to explain.

I voted for the mltiple one, here's why:

Overalls being too high/Talent Adjustments %: This isn't such an issue if the stats were to get distributed properley but it would still be nice to see that the 90's of the league are the cream of the crop. That way if you take a quick glance at someones team you can easily see how good of a team they are.

Stats: I don't like how the stats distribute as a guy with Barry Bonds in their prime vitals is not anything special here. Having 90 power should be a special thing.

Career Paths: I think everyone knows this problem. When a guy is practically untradable come the age of 32 there is something wrong. Also players develope a tad too quickly but not to such an extent that I think its too big of a deal.

Draft/Farm: Farm settings are too good which I think in turn is forcing out the vets to make room for the kids. Draft talent is prolly a bit hgih too. There is too much value in the 3rd and 4th rounds, its why we see those picks in deals everywhere. 3rd and 4th shold be your middle of the road specs, not a guy you could project as turning into your closer.

At the very least I think Farm, and career paths should be fixed. Those would be easy fixes that wouldn't actually mean changing anything significant to the file that could cause any real harm. I have no idea if we can fix the other issues without muffling things up so much that we might as well restart. If you can that would be great.

Yes i essentially choose the bottom 6 options

i dont like the number of 80's and 90's i like when some 70's actually have a place in the major leagues

I do think that there might be too many players 80+ trying to distribute stats to, thus watering down the top talent but this is more of an opinion.

Career paths speak for themselves, its obviously an issue here.

The ratings of the file stunned me when i joined and im sure they do to others as well

The farm rating and draft rating has part to do with the career paths, too many prospects are pushing vets out of the way, I know my team might be the exception to the rule, but I would like to see some 37 and 38 year olds contributing reasonably well.

These are the main two issues. More veterans should have solid careers until their mid 30s and should see some lasting until their late 30s. With this version of Mogul I don't know if we can expect players to last until their 40s, but it could be a very rare occasion at least.

The draft and farm is the reason why veterans are being pushed out to early. I've said it many times, but maybe this analogy will work. If you don't to admit this as being the problem/reason, you probably don't want to admit you have a penis.

I voted for option number 2 that there are minimal things wrong. I don't want anything major done to the file, only something minor like changing the farm down a notch.
