Tweaking Compensation Formulas

Eh, I think the formulas are fine. The best players end up on top, which is all it is really designed for anyway.

We start getting to far away from the real formulas. I thin we have a happy medium where we use close to real groupsings/stats with our own twist to help iron out the wrinkles of focusing on outdated stats like Wins or RBIs (but not excluding them all together)
