this probably won't matter in the slightest, but i want to change my vote to Yes, Tampa pays full price, instead of half price like i voted for. i'd even be fine with you upping the per capita for them to what you want.

i've listened to others on this and why should g$ get a new location and only pay half off when everyone else that builds a new stadium has to pay it all? that's not fair. and you're opening a big can of worms by saying well g$ is gonna get ultra ultra special treatment here while you others gotta pay full price on stadiums and have to just deal with it. g$ is already getting to go to a new market, he's already gonna get you to manually go in and edit up his per capita, and you know what, i'm ok with that. but also allowing him to only pay 50% after thinking it over, that's just not fair to the entire league.

this needs to be 100% that he pays to relocate. he's already got $91 million, he's gonna get some revenue sharing money as well, so that will likely put him over $100 mil in cash at the end of the season. that's a great start right there. g$ can save up the rest just like the rest of us have to.

I also would like to change my vote from Yes, Tampa pays half to Yes, Tampa pays 100% if that is an option made to us. I wish we could do it in the poll.

Changing the per-capita income is more about fixing what Clay appears to have purposely done: make relocation cities suck compare to the existing markets.

Bumping Montreal to meet the lowest per-capita income is just undoing that bizarre, built-in component of Mogul.

As for Tampa vs. Montreal, Tampa's current budget is about 98M with a 69/75 base/loyalty. Montreal with a new stadium, staying at 18700, and a boost in base/loyalty is 98M. So yes, as it currently stands Montreal is a worse market than Tampa. That doesn't make much sense to me, so the per-capita boost to basically sanity check the game does make sense to me.

Yes, that's 98M based on the off-season budget. Budgets always increase as the season goes along. Tampa had an 85.9M budget in the off-season and expanded that to a current 94.8M. That's a 10% increase and will raise a little more by the time the season is over. A 10% increase on Montreal's starting 98M would have it over 107M by the end of the season.

I'm basing it off of final numbers, not pre-season.

I voted no. Hate the idea of relocation in general and want to keep our game with current teams. Who knows what will happen in 2071, but I don't want to assume Tampa is gone and Montreal is back. I know it's all fake players at this point, but I don't even really see a reason to move Tampa. They've been in there for this long, why does that need to change?

I'm fine with the move to Montreal if tampa wants to pack bags.

I just wanted to chime in from the financial standpoint -- No other team was afforded the luxury of special circumstances when creating a new stadium so I think we really need to heed Matty's advice if this move is to occur. That's the only way I'd be in favor of it. As long as the move takes place with the same exact provisions as any other new stadium build I'm fine with it.

Late to the party, I voted yes but paying full.

I am fine with the move to Montreal. I am opposed to him getting the move for free. No other team gets afforded the luxury of a free stadium, he shouldn't get afforded the luxury of a free stadium AND a move to a better market.

I had voted yes and paying half price in assuming he still pays for half the total stadium cost but its the full price under team pays pays part. If he would indeed actually only be paying for half of the team pays portion then I change my vote to full price as I agree he shouldn't be afforded the luxury of a cheaper stadium just becauses he's moving.

Tampa will be moving to Montreal when they are able to pay full price for their stadium.

Voted yes and to pay half. I to always liked the expos but no different than in rl the team has to pay something to make the move. I have no idea what that would cost, but if more than the team currently has make it a payment plan over x number of seasons. Again something that would happen in rl.
