1. In-game cash cap: 50% of in-game cash above 100M is lost each off-season
i.e. You have $150M in-game, it will be dropped to $125M.
2. Cap Arbitration prices:
1st Year Eligible: $12.5M Cap
2nd Year Eligible: $15.0M Cap
3rd Year Eligible: $17.5M Cap
4th Year Eligible: $20.0M Cap

Free Agent Drops - If a player drops 3 or more from the time they're signed in Free Agency to opening day, you can submit a claim to have their contract adjusted (start a thread in league news if one isn't already created).
The salary or length could be lowered, possibly the entire contract could be whipped clean if the drop is severe enough.
Simming To March 1 - We are going back to simming to March 1 as soon as we get into the off-season. This is to curtail some of the unforeseen drops from Free Agency. This does NOT mean draft pick trading will be opened earlier. In fact the class will be re-populated before draft pick trading is opened.
Injuries - The difference in FCM vs MLB is managers can make day-to-day changes on their roster to compensate for injuries. We are at the mercy of two week sims and could be stuck with an injured player on our roster for most of the two weeks, something no MLB manager or GM would allow.
We will be dropping frequency to -30% and severity to -10%.
