11/10 Sim and Offseason Changes (PLEASE READ!)

Due to several very tight races we will be doing the Sunday sim on 11/10 live and in XAT! If jhc can't do it live I will be present to do it. So if you're in a tight race and want to be there, we start at 9 ET.

This offseason there will be two changes:

1) Revenues will be dropped 10% again. We will hold off on another drop after this one and see how things balance out.

2) With the arm fix there was a dramatic decrease in SBs. (Roughly a 50% drop) We will be tweaking simulation settings so that season averages are closer to 80 and 75% success versus what we have currently. (50 per team at 60%)

Also, from now on 600k is our minimum bid. This is so simmers can occasionally enter a contract they don't have to edit.

The new SB setting will be:

+60% Stolen Bases
+20% Caught Stealing

Expect around 85-90 SBs and 25-30% CS at an "average" stolen base strategy. I know some of you have the stolen bases strategy maxed out to compensate for the recent low SBs. I would advise you guys to take the changes into consideration.
