Updating GM History

I'm taking on the project of updating the GM History on the blog site. To help out, if you could post with your time frame as GM it would be a big help. As the site has it, it's by in-game dates. If you don't remember the in-game date, the sim number would help as well.

Teams like Arizona, Houston, Toronto, etc... need not to reply.
