Yankees accept. I'm not exactly big on trading a big SP in the middle of trying to compete. BUT, I am overbudget and have to make improvements to a bad defense. Instead of waiting until next years draft to get a comp pick out of him, I just take the pick a year earlier and save the 28.5 m salary for this year. Use some of it to replace him and hope the downgrade doesn't hurt me too much.
