    :LAA: Receive:

    C Sebastian Valle (84/84), earning $520,000 until Arbitration (2018)
    3B/LF Tim Theiss (79/79), earning $520,000 until Arbitration (2019)
    $2M Cash

    :PHI: Receive:

    C Hank Conger (84/84), earning $3.724M until 2017
    3B Taylor Green (83/83), earning $6.9M until 2019

EDIT: This trade gets rid of some excess salary without hurting my team. Hopefully it works out for both sides

I accept. I take in some good contracts with this and give back a nice defensive catcher.
