Note: During ST the game will account for the newly equalized spending (farm/medical) and your budget will drop significantly. Please keep this in mind when making any deals.

I save pre-sim so please not any mistakes here. Also, I have to go to work so I apologize for the early sim.

Unless your city had extra growth added to it, you will have your budget recede after ST sim. But Sean is right a few teams will have a bigger payroll budget next season.
