PHI -- CHC - CJCope - 07-28-2026
Philadelphia sends
SP Marcellus Colon, 34 y/o, 79, $25.5M through 2154
AND
NYY Second Round Draft Pick (approx. #56 overall, notwithstanding comp picks)
to
the Chicago Cubs for salary relief.
Thanks, PR!
RE: PHI -- CHC - 'PR' - 07-28-2026
Deal. Pick isn't as high as I'd like for what Colon costs but there aren't many 2nd rounders on the market.
