CHW XAT Troubles - jps93 - 01-11-2018
I QUIT! Just kidding. I do need help, though, and I don't know what to do.
I had to factory reset my laptop a few weeks ago and since I did that, I have not been able to log in to XAT. I see the box, and I see my name every once in a while, but then it says "Trouble signing in."
Has anyone else experienced this and, if so, can someone help me?

Usually, you have to clear your cookies (although this might sound stupid being a reset computer) and then go back to xat.com and login.. then come back here and refresh the site.

key is going to xat.com and try signing in (not to their xat box but their actual account log in) then coming back here.
If that doesn't work make sure you're signed out at xat.com then come back here
it sounds stupid but one of these will usually work
