Stadium for me was only 299,472,487.
So I paid 200 out of the bank and 472,287 out of the game.
So you owe 99M over 5 years so the payments are only 19.8 a season.
Also, in the Build Stadium window I saw the same park factors, but once it was built the factors changed. Let me know if you like them as is or if you want them to match what you posted.

you moved the stadium to Margate FL instead of Marietta GA. so i'm guessing once you move the team to Marietta that the park factors will look like how we posted. also should cost $308 million as well instead of the $299 for Margate FL.
once you move the team to Marietta GA and if it still shows the park factors like it shows now, then we'll look into it then. we wanna first see if it gets corrected going to Marietta. thanks.
