Looks like no one including me has lost or gained picks from comp signings.
Atlanta should have my 2nd and 4th round picks from this deal, I have received the player and cash from this:

Draft picks were not entered........... because it makes it easier for Andy to fix the draft picks. So no draft picks are done.
As for the cash I have no idea if JHC moved it or not.

Looks like this deal was never entered that had the 15 million cash going to LAD. Draft pick does not show these picks going to Chicago either.

Wimberly is on SD for a 3 year, 3 million per season deal.
Minimum is 5 mil a season for a 3 year deal.
