Wade Miley: 5 years 4.5M, 4.6M, 4.7M, settle at 4.8M for 5 years.
Brett Jacobsen: 4 years 2.3M, 2.4M, 2.5M, settle at 2.6M for 4 years
Chris Coghlan: 5 years 4.2M, 4.3M, 4.4M, settle at 4.5M for 5 years
Daryl Jones: 4 years 1.4M, offer 1.5M for 4 years until accepted
Brett Wallace: 4 years 4M, 4.1M, settle at 4.2M for 4 years
I think Miley, Jacobsen, Jones, and Wallace qualify for extensions due to having 4+ years of service time. Please correct me if I've misunderstood the rules.

Ya they have to have 5 years of MLB service time and they dont.
