We would like to build a new stadium, with all $312m in our Stadium fund going towards the first down payment, and then the remaining amount taken out of our Team Cash in File immediately. (from my calculation, it looks like the total amount the team is to pay is just short of $431m)

All good, but I feel the alleys make it way too much like Home Run Derby. I'll be fine with moving RC and LC out 5 feet and compromising these effects:
