I finally got it to work (and tested to make sure) so we don't have any random March games, the regular season ends in September, and pushed the All-Star Break back a series so we have more even sims.
Admins, make sure you have this in your schedules folder.
Sports Mogul > Baseball Mogul 13 > Schedules
