In-Season Extension Rules - mattynokes - 12-07-2012
1. Players must have at least 5.000 service time (listed in Vitals tab).
2. Players must have their salary matched or increased to sign.
3. In-Season Re-Signings must wait until we've reached July 1.
4. Players Age 35+ can sign for whatever salary once we've reached July 1.
