I've ran tests for the OF arm glitches. For the exact reasons for the numbers it was a lot of trial and error. But basically what I did was sim from our opening day file with no changes a few times and charted the doubles and triples league leaders to give me an estimate to work from.
Then after editing settings and simming things out I made tweaks so that the doubles, triples, and other stats come out per the norm for the league. Results for the current season will still look high for doubles and triples, but going forward they should be fine. If the OF glitch gets fixed we can easily revert back to the default settings.
