New Stadiums - mattynokes - 09-16-2012
If you wish to build a new stadium you will be expected to pay what Mogul lists as your Team Pays cost in-game when you attempt to build a new stadium. You will need to have at least 50% of the cost upfront and then you will be given 5 seasons to pay off the remaining amount. Just like with stadium upgrades, ridiculous dimensions may be denied. Also remember when figuring out your stadium design Infield Quality is fixed to Average for all teams (100 Errors and 100 Double Plays).
Note:
Fanbase alterations from new stadiums WILL BE SANITY CHECKED. Loyalty and fanbase boosts are fine, but ridiculously out of proportion jumps may be subject to a sanity check down.
