Offer him 3 years @ 13M (WITHOUT a no trade clause/uncheck box)
Offer him 3 years @ 13M (WITH a no trade clause/check the box)
offer him 4 years @ 13M (with a NTC/leave box CHECKED)
offer him 4 years @ 13.1M with the NTC (he will decline)
offer him 4 years @ 13.1M with the NTC again.... he will accept

Lomax isn't eligible to sign an extension until the offseason unless it's for a higher annual amount.
