Leake and Marmol extensions vetoed. Total, annual and yearly value must be exceeded. So 1yr/11.5M and 11.5M total value for leak 1yr/8.6M for marmol. No fine since you don't seem to completely understand.

so in the off season if he were to accept that then yes you could sign him for less but not until the resigning period when arbitration occurs, is what my understand of t hat is.
