It looks like the arby caps are a for sure.
We will also, after this season, start a tax system. It will look like this:
Every team with over 100M in cash in-game will be subject to a 50% tax on all profit over that amount. So if you have 120M and that season you make 50M, 25 of that will be removed per the tax. Essentially, this will eliminate teams being able to sit on massive cash piles for decades that skews the file. If you drop below 100, all profit you make is yours up to 100M. After that, half is taken above it.
You are allowed to have whatever record you want, this isn't anti-tanking, just a measure to show more realism for having your team be god awful.
