RE: Target Field - 'PR' - 08-09-2012

One more upgrade before season starts.

Infield Grass shortened from Medium to very short= $5M
Foul Ground decreased 2 spots from Average to Tiny = $5M

+4 BA are the results.

RE: Target Field - mattynokes - 08-09-2012

Reimbursed $40M - New Total Cost $29M = $11M in Bank

DONE

RE: Target Field - 'PR' - 08-10-2012

Seems I made a typo, I meant for the grass to be shortened, not improved. Thus giving me +2 BA along with decreasing the foul ground to give me +4 BA in all. Just want to make sure everything is perfect.

RE: Target Field - mattynokes - 08-10-2012

Still Done

RE: Target Field - 'PR' - 09-19-2012

Dimension Changes, I'm anticipating a cost around 19M for moving the walls a total of 34 feet.

LF - 337 (*325)
LCF - 392 (*380)
CF - 400
RCF - 360 (*370)
RF - 320

RE: Target Field - mattynokes - 09-20-2012

I am declining the right field wall lengths. I don't feel it is realistic. No other stadium has that short of both the alley and corner on the same side, except Houston which has a 19 foot wall height.

RE: Target Field - 'PR' - 09-20-2012

Alrighty, I feel your point Matty but I don't see where it is unrealistic.Target field has a wall height of 23 feet from the CF wall to the right field wall. That is larger than the wall in Left Field of Minute Maid park, and the alley there is smaller than the one I am proposing, so this is totally realistic because there are dimensions just like the ones proposed in the MLB. Also, my left field dimensions become the largest outfield-side dimensions in the whole league, put together with the second smallest alley to porch with a 4 foot increase in height. If it makes it easier to decide on, I'll push the CF wall back 5 to 10 feet or so, I didn't do that initially because it was going to raise costs and I didn't think it would've been needed.

I propose these Heights to try and settle the matter:

339 LF
392 LCF
410 CF
360 RCF
320 RF
