I took a chance on Crow last season hoping that he would take the Rangers to the glory land (losing in the 1st round of the playoffs is the glory land for AL west teams if you were wondering) but he didn't and now his rating is starting to drop so I knew it was time to get rid of him before he starts to drop rapidly. Clapsaddle was rated 84/95 before this past sim and his peak went down a little on his birthday. I'm not sure if it's because of his happiness rating or what but I don't think he would end up as good being on my team as he would being on a team where he is happier. I love the amount of young players that I am getting back in this deal because it puts me in a great spot to start rebuilding completely.

EDIT: And yes, I will be paying the 15mil for the NTC.
