Sim to ST - Monday July 11th

suggestion: move the sim to ST to sunday the 10th

have the ST sim on monday then have Sim one on that tuesday

The later days of the offseason is where a team can come in and pick up some affordable FA's or make that last trade they need to make. I'll always be against shortening the offseason.

This is now the official schedule. With the drops I really would prefer taking our time this offseason.
