4/14 - Resignings File Released
4/16 - Resignings Due/FA Opens
4/16 - Winterball/IFA Opens
4/17 - IFA Reports Sent Out
4/18 - 48 Hours Passed & FAs May Sign (Lowered from 72 Hours)
4/19 - Winterball/IFA Bids Due (Before Sim Ahead)
4/19 - Sim to March
4/20 - Winterball/IFA Results Announced
4/22 - ST Sim
4/26 - Season 10 Sim 1
