So either A. Limit the number you can sign or B. Charge teams who release them same season

I like the idea of restricting UDFA's to either a certain number AND you have to keep them until Amateur Draft next season.

if ppl don't want a fee, the only other non pain in the ass deterrent would be a limit of one udfa per team. UDFA's very rarely ever pan out to begin with.

Sounds like a feature I could add to the app being worked on - show the UDFA's on someones team and what year they were drafted.
