Baltimore accepts. Needed an upgrade over Neely until Horn gets back. And if Horn isn't Horn after his injury, then I have a suitable replacement until the end of the season. I may not be here for the draft so the 2nd round pick is easier to give up. I get a potential bullpen piece should the need arise.
