I was under the impression this was settled and we're on hold for this offseason's IFA's to allow for cash to replenish and the next IFA will begin after the amature draft.

Are we doing it for all players? The Japanese guys could be done in the offseason.

Also, have we clarified the process at all? Or are we planning to post all that next year?
