Lets see how good your skills are when Pace is asking for $18M in his first Arby year......

This isn't a rip on anyone's ability - these players would likely have become what they are. The problem is, why is it happening 2-3 years faster than it should?

So....league admins?

I say it should be tested first in a seperate file to see if raising it to 20% does anything. No sense it only raisning it a little if it needed to be raised a lot

I worry about talent levels. By doing this, I see a lot of 23-25 year old superstars

You have it backwards I think. If we increase peak start you should see players taking longer and developing on a more steady basis in lieu of a dramatic jumps.
Houston Astros - 2012/2016/2023/2025 Champs!
Cumulative Record: 1894 - 1184 (.615%)

So what are your thoughts on this DJ? I think we're going to see more and more 27-32 year old players diving over the next few years at this pace. Do we plan to experiment with this?

I am 100% on the side of changing peak start to 26-28........Jordan Walden just fell from 88/88 to 84/84 while in the prime of his career at the magical age of 27.
