Houston Accepts. Hoping Pengelly can repeat his performance at least one more season. Figured it would be easier to give up a pick than to try outbidding in FA for a SP.

Yeah, we reviewed this one and it's not happening. The Detroit-Wash deal was accurate value for Pengelly, this is way too much.
