Troup will bring his 30 HR power and gold glove defense to Baltimore, where he will be a fixture at 3B for years to come and is headed for a big extension. Cendan, Gainey and Escolar look to be good parts in the future, but Baltimore needs some talent now to pair with Anderson, Roos, Bevilaqua, Piniero and the stars already up.
