I'm holding where I stand... NTCs shouldn't be bought out... if you didn't want one there in the first place, don't offer it. It only saves you a couple mil anyway.

I think they should beable to be bought out but for a higher price like 40mil to simulate the fact that with an agent before signing the contract you could negtpite which teams he would accept deals too.

Why simulate it, you could negotiate that with the Agent? That also presents another potential solution, buying out NTCs default to an agent so that the Player's best interests are taken into account?

8 feel it should be raised, 4 say keep it the same, 9 says do away with it all together.

That seems to read to me that 17 feel 15M isn't cutting it while 4 do. I think Nick's right the people feel 15M isn't enough to be effective.

I think if you break down the numbers

9 - want the NTC to not be bought out
12 - want the NTC to be able to be bought out
4 - 15M
3 - 20M
3- 25M
1 - 30M
1 - 35M

It would seem to take the average of the votes (15x4)+(20x3)+(25x3)+30+35 = 260/12 = 21.666M

We can just round it up to 22M for the buyouts.
