I agree. Birse is a future stud but I already have 5 good pitchers for this year. I dump 4M contract for the next few years, and get back two players who WILL be in my lineup next year.

Accept. Mitchell & Anderson have both had a good season so far, but Birse's acquisition will allow me to move Jeff Marquez to long relief, where he's better suited
