ATL accepts. Dealing Puerta hurts, but i have plenty of pitching depth at the moment, get a solid C with a nice bat.

Right, essentially he tried to bypass FA with Artis in order to keep trade value for him. It's manipulative of the system which is exactly why the rule exists.
