FCM in the SHOW
#1
I've been talking to some of you guys about this, and I finally got around to doing it. I wanted to make a file on The SHOW with our FCM players, and I think I found a good way of doing it. I posted a video at the bottom of this post, please watch it :D

With this file, we can play games using our FCM players, against other real FCM teams. We can see our players on the big screen for once, instead of just numbers and vitals. We can create specs in road to the show, and have them make their way up to the big league, with their actual FCM teammates. I will also be making some videos for each team (hopefully) with a season preview or just some cool plays. Finally, I could be in charge of keeping these rosters up to date, and re-uploading them after every sim, to keep things accurate.

Make sure you download the FCM Roster from the roster vault before importing your players to your team. However, I did not finish my team, I only have 3 guys on the roster.

Basically every manager who wants their guys in the show needs to create each player that they want. Feel free to add your MLB roster, and some top specs. Follow their height weight, age, etc and then customize their appearances. Attribute wise, I described in the video, as well as the bottom of this post. When you are done creating your player, make sure you save and export player. Once you have your guys created, go into roster control, go to your team, then select a player, and import the FCM player. This will put them on the roster. Once you have downloaded the FCM Roster and added your players, add your team abbreviation to the end of the file, and re-upload so other managers can add their players. Soon, we should have a functioning FCM roster. I'm open to any and all feedback regarding this. Thanks guys!

Here's an early version of what I'm working on. What I hope to do is have to have a hybrid vitals/stats formula from Mogul to generate ratings for The Show. I hope to have it also take stadium effects into account as well.

What do all these numbers mean? The first section is the early ratings chart. I'm 100% on it, I'm still doing research on player stats and how The Show rates each stat. However, this is a generally guideline for hitting stats (only). The red highlighted row is "average".

For how to work the middle section:

Once you figure out the player's K, BB, and AVG score on The Show you input those values in the blue highlighted section and there's a formula that generates your player's Vision and Discipline ratings for The Show.

Lastly is the Mogul to The Show conversion scale. Mogul basically uses a 55 to 99 scale while The Show basically uses a 20 to 99 scale. Now, yes both games will have ratings below both of the marks that I've used, but those aren't usual situations.

Okay so I made another video - Josh Jarmel taking BP off of Josh Mathias. Just to show you guys what we can do with this. The ratings aren't perfect, but they are balanced. My team is done, just gotta fix up some ratings. I will upload the file tomorrow (hopefully). All GM's with the show, please start making your players when you have time. Remember to save and export them.

Also, I have attached the Excel sheet to use for ratings. Just plug your ratings in the left column and use the ones in the right column to input into the show.
