I'm still waiting for this to make sense. You don't think a pitcher will peak, so you trade him away? And good job assessing player value if you think a guys with mid 80s movement and two 80+ pitches will only be a spot starter (long reliever).

he also has a low GB% and isn't a good fit in camden yards
