I usually don't like to target specs that are under 20 but in any other offer I've gotten the specs have been about the same so I might aswell ship him back out to the NL. Meade could become something as long as he developes movement an control because he has a slow Fastball. Mill I had targeted in this past years draft so glad to pick him up and I always liked West even when I had given him up. If for nothing else West should be useful coming off the bench. I accept.
