My rotation and CF were my weaknesses last season. I'm trying to address both needs with this trade. Both Wetherell and Sewards are underrated, I feel. Hill gives me a nice 1-2-3 with Mahone and Cassidy and Seward will step in as my everyday CF and leadoff man.

San Fran accepts. We could've held on to Chris and Corey a bit longer to see if the markets opened up a bit after FA and as teams realized they could contend, but we feel this deal is good enough for us to take. The addition of young prospects continues during San Fran's rebuild.
