For Toronto: We add a player we've been eyeing for awhile in Kelly Bound. It hurts to lose a young bat like Jackson, but we love Bound's defense, Houke's outside potential, and adding another pick. We are hoping Steiggy can handle a bigger role with the team.

For Houston: We gain a bat several years younger than Nufio, a first round pick, and two young pitchers to help our depleted minor league system. We may move Jackson again in order to add more draft talent to our pool.

I approve for HOU. Nufio isn't going to be around much longer and I'd believe if someone takes over a rebuild is what would be done. Jackson would give them a good bat if the new to-be GM would want them to compete or give them a nice trade chip. Losing Houcke and Bound isn't of much consequence with their OF depth.
