*** Det pays the $15M cash to buy out the NTC

We accept, we just were not playing as well as we had planned with our Starters and ran out of money, this allows us to stay afloat financially and gives us a number of great package of players that allows us to rebuild without having to wait years to starting winning again.

guess what. This deal is not happening. We still refuse to accept a trade to Detroit. We have a full no trade clause meaning we can dictate where our client goes.

Not to be rude or ignorant but where in the rules does it state there is a NTC that cant be overcome?

well based on Boras I have to say veto.

again, boras did not specify in the agreement that he can dictate where trembath goes.. there are no stipulations.. it just says NTC... since i bought the NTC out like the rules say, this should be just fine..

Is there more information as to what constitutes a "full" NTC? The lack of specificity really hurts here. If I had to be pushed, I'd say the buy-out is legit because there is no direct reference to needing agent approval.

This should, hopefully, be a lesson to others. If you don't honor your NTCs, make sure you write in your stipulations very specifically.

Boars, there is still nothing in your post that says if he is traded that it has to go through you. The buyout should be legal in this case
