If the entire league would benefit from having it Tuesday then fine. But come 9:30pm, if near 20 GMs are online I think we should draft tonight.

There is no way to do it Tuesday because of another league's draft is scheduled for Tuesday... besides, that is just pushing this league's draft further and further back. Sure, it wont work for everybody to have it on Monday, but Saturday didnt work for even more people.
