Chicago Cubs rights to Nathan Eovaldi

The Chicago Cubs have rights to Nathan Eovaldi do to a trade with Milwaukee. However because of this trade there was confusion because he was left off both teams resignings and was declared a free agent. Obviously CHC cannot sign Eovaldi to a MIN deal, but mogul is asking for 4M. I guess an agreement will have to be made between sean and Dejota regarding Eovaldi's contract. All I know is that he belongs on the Cubs.

I thought it would be common sense that he would have to offer the arb to him. I could not get his rights until after the resignings.

in the resignings file - he was asking for 2.3M in arb and I got an award at 1.8M
