CHC gets:
HOU 1st - #27
HOU 2nd - #62

2B Greg Simpson, age 28, $16M thru '86
OF Brinker (70/90), age 20
HOU accepts. Big upgrade at 3B over Safran and I think he will have the longevity to be worth that contract. Getting rid of my "over-comp" Simpson will help leave me some flexibility with payroll if needed, even though he's still a pretty good player.
