They've mentioned allowing you to bank money for stadium matters so I think you'd be ok.
Yeah the rule specifically states you can save extra money in your bank for a new stadium or a significant re-design. You just need to give what the plan for the new stadium/renovations are ahead of time and a timeframe for when you expect to have all the money saved up by.
