Notes:
Grade: This is my own personal spin to try to figure out how Mogul calculates the Park Factor. I've been more precise than Mogul, showing the differences in parks that have the same Park Factor. For example, 102. Each park truly does play different than the others of the same rating and I've shown where each rank among themselves.

BABIP: It's not exactly Batting Average on Balls In Play, it's just how I titled the calculation. It's more to show how much of a contact stadium you have.

XBH: How well does your park play to extra base hits?

Neither BABIP or XBH effect the Park Factor or my personal Grade.

First Class Mogul
League-wide, the stadiums favor hitting over pitching and defense. This is especially noticeable with Home Runs and Strikeouts. Only three teams have a HR effect below 100 and very few teams have a K effect above 100, while many have 86 or 93 in Strikeouts.

I do feel that a "100" Park Factor is still a pitching park as Mogul has always seemed tough to get a stadium to drop below 100. If you have a stadium below "100" Park Factor, then you certainly have a pitcher's park. Also, if you haven't already figured it out, BA has the highest effect to how your stadium plays. A 105 BA to a 100 BA has a much bigger effect than a 105 HR to a 100 HR, because BA (Batting Average) is involved in every play.
