If a team falls below 60 "real" wins, they are subject to fines. "Real" wins are defined by the formula below:
Your Wins - ( [81 - A] / 5) = Real Wins
A = Average wins of the other 4 teams in division
Fines
59-55 Wins = Loss of 5-25M and 1 WB Slot
54-50 Wins = Loss of 30-50M and 2 WB Slots
Under 50 Wins = Loss of ALL Cash (In-Game and Bank) and ALL WB Slots, both for 5 Years
Is this assuming the tiered penalty that was suggested?
50 Wins = 50 Mil fine
51 Wins = 45 Mil fine
52 Wins = 40 Mil fine
Etc....
Also, these are just a 1 year penalty (excluding the -50 wins), correct?
I think that what we have laid out here is a pretty good guideline if so. Like I said before, I think that there is always going to be some gray area and a loophole or two, but I'm all for giving this a try.
