CHW - Doesn't have to do anything and can still make 2 selections if they like. For this trial, I would still like for GMs in this situation to respond that they're interested in participating.
CLE - My team will have a minimum of 4 players eligible to be taken. I could, however, opt to expose additional players in order to gain picks in the draft for myself.
HOU - They could protect the maximum of 35, but they would have no available slots to make any picks. However, they could opt to expose 1 or 2 players to the draft in order to have available slots to make picks.
NYY - They have too many players with MLB Service Time. They need to expose 10 pre-Arbitration players to the Rule 5 Draft. They also cannot make any additional protects or picks.
